Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting

To place an order on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and a consumer (not a reseller). The steps to create a contract between you and us for Product sale are as follows:

You place an order by following the checkout process on the Site.
Orders can be paid for by debit or credit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.
If you have a voucher, promotion, or discount code, enter it during checkout.
We will send an order acknowledgment email, not an order confirmation. Your order is an offer to buy a Product, not an acceptance.
When we ship your Product, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Unless we notify you otherwise, order acceptance occurs upon dispatch. The contract pertains only to dispatched Products confirmed in the email. We are not obligated to supply unconfirmed Products until dispatched in a separate email.
Payment is processed when preparing your Products for dispatch.

Invoicing

Pricing

Shipping, Delivery, and Cancellations

If we fail to deliver within the estimated delivery times, and you and we do not agree to extend the period for delivery, you may cancel your order. Returns Policy

I. Returns Eligibility

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as new, with the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and unopened.

II. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page within the 14-day return window to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.
Carefully package the product in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. If the product has been damaged during transportation back to our warehouse due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to withhold part or the full refund.

III. Inspection and Reimbursement

Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
If the product passes the inspection and is in the same condition as new with the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and unopened, we will initiate the reimbursement process.
Reimbursement will be processed on the same credit card or debit card used for the original purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the reimbursement via email.

IV. Return Shipping Costs

V. Faulty Product

If your Product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by visiting our Contact Us page. We will offer you the choice of a refund or a replacement within 30 days of you notifying us that the Product is faulty. If you choose a replacement, we will send it to you free of charge.
